About the Journal

Critical Insights is a double-blind, peer-reviewed scholarly journal of the Department of English, Notre Dame University Bangladesh. It began its journey as a print journal in 2022 and has been published annually in the Fall since then. Starting from its fourth volume in 2025, the journal introduced an online version as well. Critical Insights features research articles in Literature, Cultural Studies, ELT, and Applied Linguistics. It also publishes book reviews and scholarly interviews.

Published by NDUB Press, Critical Insights operates under an open-access model, ensuring that all articles are available at no cost upon publication.
